About Forest meditation
This forest page gives you two simple tools: a full-screen meditation environment with ambient sound, and Focus Mode with a timer for quiet work or breathing sessions. Use it for a short pause, a daily reset, or a calm transition into focused work.
What this page includes
The player starts in Meditation Mode. Press START to play the forest sound and let the interface fade back while the scene fills the screen. The header keeps Back, mode, mute, volume, and credits available before the session starts.

FAQs
How long should I use this session?
Start with 3-5 minutes if you are new. For focused work, try a 10 or 15 minute Focus Mode session and adjust from there.
Does Focus Mode replace Meditation Mode?
No. Meditation Mode is open-ended. Focus Mode adds a timer for sessions where you want a clear start, pause point, or open-ended elapsed-time view.
What if my mind keeps wandering?
That is normal. Notice it kindly, then return to the next breath or to the ambient sound.
