Slow Mind is a free online space with two simple tools: calming meditation environments and a focus timer for quiet work or breathing sessions. It is designed for short pauses: a few minutes before work, a quiet reset in the afternoon, or an easier wind-down at night.
What is Slow Mind?
It is a minimal, distraction-free meditation and focus tool. Choose Forest, Ocean, Space, Mountain, Rain, or Sky, then let the screen and sound stay out of the way while you return to your breath or stay with a quiet task.
How to use it
- Choose an environment that feels comfortable.
- Press Start and breathe slowly with the ambient sound.
- Use Focus Mode when you want a quiet timer for mindful work or a breathing session.
- When your attention wanders, return gently to the breath.
